Lightning reel, jumpy control

A storm-cloud head with lightning-bolt spikes on a charcoal shaft with electric stripes. Cyan-violet lightning strikes often with a white flash, a thunder shockwave rolls off the cloud, and crackling sparks and dark mist surround it.
