A small armoured knight, this seahorse is covered in burnished gold ring plates with raised ridges and bronze knobs. A spiky crested coronet sits on its head between two brow horns, its tail winds into a tight spiral, and teal-edged fins flutter like pennants. It drifts through the Sunlit Shallows where surface boils mark the spot, and despite its size it darts and flicks hard on the line.

How to catch it

- It bites more in rain.
- When it fights back it mostly runs to the side. Slow your reeling down without stopping, then reel it in while it rests.
