Live electric-cyan current rims every edge and knuckle spike of the Galeclaw Lobster’s two heavy claws, a bigger crusher and a sharper cutter. A forked lightning seam cracks down its marbled storm-cloud shell, and its very long banded antennae crackle at the tips. Though it makes its home among the wrecks of the Wreck Waters, it is storm-born: lightning striking one spot marks its hotspots, and it bites more in a storm. Expect a heavy, clamping pull once it is hooked.

How to catch it

- It bites more in storms.
- When it fights back it mostly dives. Slow your reeling down without stopping, then reel it in while it rests.
