Casts to the stars, softer drag

A cluster of glowing faceted stars on a midnight shaft. Gold and white stars tumble off the head with shooting-star streaks, an eight-point star shines at the tip and a constellation ring circles it. It casts to the stars with softer drag; an Outer Waters side branch at the Rod Workshop.

In the rod tree

Unlocking it as your rod’s setup needs Kraken Rod first. If you earn it before then, its look is yours at once and the setup activates once you own what comes before it.
