Quick reel, wobbly control

A twisting, kelp-wrapped shaft with bladder floats and a wet green sheen, with bubbles spiralling up it. It reels in quickly, but its control is a bit wobbly. A Sheltered Bay side branch, bought at the Rod Workshop.

In the rod tree

Unlocking it as your rod’s setup needs Tackle Box Rod first. If you earn it before then, its look is yours at once and the setup activates once you own what comes before it.
