Darkwater Trench

Near-black water, glossy like oil and impossible to see into, with faint glowing motes drifting below, a deep hum and creaks from far down. Black Glass Spires is a place of obsidian spires and glittering black-glass beaches, with a huge cracked obsidian spire lit violet from inside, under a black storm ring of violet lightning. Glowing eyes watch boats from the water and sink when you come close, and the Abyssal Rising is its water event. Expect the Obsidian Crab and the rare Apex Hammerhead, and the fanged, glowing Shadowjaw as its signature fish.
