Huge glassy wing fins, ice-blue and veined with cobalt, spread wide like a glider’s, with a second smaller pair of wings behind them. The torpedo body has a deep cobalt back, a sky-blue racing stripe, a mirror-silver belly and a forked tail with a long lower lobe for skimming the surface. It lives in the Sapphire Lagoon under diving seabirds, turns up more often in the rain, and darts quickly when hooked.

  • Look for diving seabirds: they mark a hotspot where Glasswing Flyer and its kind bite more often.
  • It bites more in rain.
  • When it fights back it mostly runs to the side. Slow your reeling down without stopping, then reel it in while it rests.

A Glasswing Flyer can hatch from a Common Coral Egg or a Uncommon Coral Egg. As a pet its perk is Spotter. See Pets and Eggs.
