An icy blue spiral blank with frosted crystal accents and a snowflake on the reel’s side plate. A frost aura surrounds it, with drifting snowflakes, ice glints and cold mist. Its control is rock-steady, and you buy it at the Rod Workshop.

Unlocking it as your rod’s setup needs Anchorline Rod first. If you earn it before then, its look is yours at once and the setup activates once you own what comes before it.
