Huge fish, strong drag

Deep-purple tentacles with suckers wrap the blank, with a glowing eye and a tentacle-curl crank. Ink smoke swirls up the tentacles through a purple haze while the eye pulses amber. Made for huge fish with strong drag, it is the first Outer Waters rod at the Rod Workshop.

In the rod tree

Unlocking it as your rod’s setup needs Storm Rod first. If you earn it before then, its look is yours at once and the setup activates once you own what comes before it.

It leads to Tidelord Rod, Starcaller, Leviathan Bone, Aurora Rod, Void Lantern.
