Extra line on the spool

Pirate treasure in rod form: dark wood and gold, a gem pommel, a chest-latch reel seat and a reel of stacked gold coins. Gold flares twinkle along it and a red gem glows on the tip. Its spool holds extra line, and you buy it at the Rod Workshop.

In the rod tree

Unlocking it as your rod’s setup needs Coral Rod first. If you earn it before then, its look is yours at once and the setup activates once you own what comes before it.

It leads to Moonlit Rod.

Owning it also unlocks its look for good: wear it on any rod at the Rod Workshop’s effects stand. See Rod looks and colorways.
