Built around its tail, the signature fish of the Moonglow Reef carries a huge crescent-moon fin that glows soft cream with a lavender halo. Sickle-shaped dorsal and anal fins with glowing tips echo the moon’s horns, and its deep violet back is dusted with tiny stars above pearly lavender flanks and a silver belly. A crystal sparkle on the water marks its hotspots, it turns up more often in fog, and once hooked it dives deep.
