A plank-armoured harbor crocodile.

A chunky harbor crocodile that armoured itself with bits of the harbor: its flat back is a deck of bolted planks still wearing chipped red boat paint, and a row of old white fence pickets runs down its tail. A long toothy snout, raised eyes and a plank helmet between them finish the look. The skin unlocks with Sharp Turns on the Stables tree table.

A skin only changes how your boat looks. Speed, handling, riders, hull size and the waters it can enter all come from the boat tree.
