You can see right through it. The Ghostfish is a slender, pale lavender-blue knifefish whose clear skin shows a glowing bone-white skeleton inside, along with a pearly swim bladder and a small rose-coloured heart light, while a long ribbon fin ripples along its belly. It is the signature catch of the Whisperdeep Abyss, where glowing water marks its hotspots and fog brings more of them out. Once hooked, it surges away to the side.

How to catch it
Section titled “How to catch it”- Look for a glow under the water: they mark a hotspot where Ghostfish and its kind bite more often.
- It bites more in fog.
- When it fights back it mostly runs to the side. Slow your reeling down without stopping, then reel it in while it rests.
